Terms of Services

While browsing our website or opting for any service from A&L Registrations, LLC doing business as UReg, the following general terms are applicable.


All sales are final once processing of the data submitted has begun. There will be no refunds once data has been submitted to FDA and/or a certificate has been created or information has been provided pursuant to the particular services purchased. Any refund requests submitted after processing has begun but prior to submission to FDA, etc. will be in the sole discretion of UReg. 

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

Customer confidentiality is a top priority for UReg. UReg will not intentionally disclose any confidential information to third parties unless mutually agreed by UReg and the Company.

UReg may contact their customers or the interested parties for promotion of their services and updates on regulatory information. Users have the right to unsubscribe from the services and UReg will act promptly on such request.

Users browsing our website must not copy, download or store any content or information appearing on the website.

While collecting forms and customer data, UReg may store the IP address from where the data in entered.

While UReg strives to employ the best security polices, it remains the responsibility of the customer to secure the transmission of their information.


UReg offers services across the globe for Drug, Food, Medical Device and Cosmetic companies. It remains the responsibility of the client company to comply with all local laws and regulations while signing service agreements with UReg and for financial transactions.

UReg is a private consulting firm and not associated with the FDA in any manner.

While offering regulatory services, UReg takes the utmost care to provide the right guidance that considers the client Company’s welfare and that is based on UReg’s knowledge and experience. Consulting services will not be held legally binding.

The standard language of communication used by UReg is English. However, UReg offers multilingual email support using machine translated language. It remains the client Company’s responsibility to verify the information.

For any regulatory submission – including SPL, Registration, Listing or any regulatory information submitted by UReg on behalf of the client Company – it remains the client Company’s responsibility to assure the technical correctness, accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided.

As standard practice, UReg sends notification for the registration renewal of drug, medical device and food facilities and offers services for registration if such services are mutually agreed between UReg and the client Company, However, it remains the client Company’s responsibility to keep their registration current and active, either by contacting UReg for any such actions or directly by themselves.

The FDA does not offer Certification for Medical device, food, drug or any such registration including drug listing. UReg can offer a confirmation certification upon request from their customer. This would be for reference purposes only.

UReg has the right to involve their associates for consulting or any other regulatory business.

In case of non-payment of any offered services, UReg has the right to revoke the services and will not be responsible for any losses or consequences caused by such revocation of services.

Neither party to this contract shall be held responsible for breach of contract caused by an act of God, insurrection, civil war, military or local emergency, or by any act or failure to act by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

You authorize UReg to prepare and submit registrations, including SPL files, to the United States Food and Drug Administration on behalf of your Company


UReg relies on email communication. All the important communication – including regulatory actions from the FDA, US Agent renewal, and Registration renewal – are notified through email. The primary communication language will be English.

UReg shall not be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other damages arising out of the use of this website, or other websites which may be accessed from this website.

Limitation of Liability

UReg will not be liable to you or any other person or entity claiming through you for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages under any theory of law for any errors in or the use of or inability to use myfdaregistration.com and its content including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, business, data, or damage to any computer systems, even if you have advised UReg of the possibility of such damages. UReg will not be liable for any delay in performing its obligations under this agreement, if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond UReg’s reasonable control. UReg will not provide you any guarantee or assurance that the US FDA will accept the data submitted by you. You acknowledge and understand that UReg will not verify the data submitted by you.


You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless UReg, its parent and affiliate companies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims arising out of or in connection with your breach of any of these terms and conditions, and any of Your activities conducted in connection with this site.

Client Information.

You agree and warrant that all information that your company provides to UReg including but not limited to any information necessary to register your establishment and list your drug with the US FDA is true and accurate. You also agree that you will promptly inform any changes in the client information. In the event you are requesting registration for a company where you are not an employee, you warrant you are authorized by the company to file the for the registration.
